Fuelled by People: Meet Mark Eastham

This week, we’re putting the spotlight on Mark Eastham, Outbound Sales Team Leader, based in our Leeds office.

From Industry Experience to Leadership

Mark joined Morgan Fuels in August 2025, bringing with him valuable experience from previously working with a competitor. Keen to get back into the fuel industry, he quickly settled into the team and made an impact.

Since joining, Mark has already progressed, moving from Sales Representative into his current role as Outbound Sales Team Leader, reflecting both his performance and drive.

Leading from the Front

In his role, Mark balances supporting his team while continuing to deliver his own results.

A typical day sees him guiding and motivating the outbound sales team, while also staying hands-on with his own sales activity, leading by example.

What drives him most in the role is simple:

“Saving customers money.”

A Strong Team Culture in Leeds

For Mark, one of the standout aspects of working at Morgan Fuels is the team environment.

“Being part of a vibrant team, always wanting to help and push each other.”

The Leeds office is full of personality, with a mix of different characters that create a positive and energetic atmosphere. As the team continues to grow, Mark is keen to welcome new faces to build on that culture.

Life Beyond the Sales Floor

Outside of work, Mark enjoys a busy social life and keeping active. His interests include: playing snooker and pool, golf & watching as much sport as possible

And one thing people might not know:

“Got an African Grey Parrot and had her for 23 years.”

Driving for a Cause

Beyond his role at Morgan Fuels, Mark is also preparing for an exciting charity challenge in 2027.

He will be taking part in the Rat Race challenge. “the long drag to Benidorm” where he’ll act as the designated driver in a team travelling across Europe in a vintage 2000 Vauxhall Astra.

The car itself is being completely transformed into a Thunderbirds-inspired vehicle, with a full makeover underway to bring the concept to life.

Mark is raising money for the RNLI, while the wider team is supporting additional charities, with a shared fundraising goal.

“We have a lot of work to do to make this project wholly successful – but everyone’s kind generosity thus far provides great motivation.”

With plans to share progress along the way, the challenge reflects the same teamwork, commitment, and determination that Mark brings to his role every day.
